probably no difference. Not sure if the soundcard in the VB is at all involved in the audio data transfer via the USB in the VB > DAC. For sure, there is no soundcard effect if feeding audio to the TOUCH > MDAC. Even if the VB didn't have a Sound Card, the Touch approach would work.
