Unrelated problem which was affecting only the UK cell (problem emerged after a long
period of heavy use - the UK cell is one of our largest). In contrast to HK, where
modem hardware had failed, the UK cell was troubled by a software hiccup. It was
easily resolved once we put our heads together earlier today.
