I am running my own mail server here without a static ip address, using a
couple of dns hacks. Ive got an account over at dyndns.org, and the mx for
my domain (chaz.afternet.org) points to cghills.dyndns.org. So far ive had
no problems, so this should work for you too. All you need is an account
over at one of the dynamic dns providers and a client to update your ip
address.
