That's such a great idea that it's already been done:

        [root@sinkhole tpcadmin]# host uucp.tpc.int
        uucp.tpc.int has address 209.166.32.50

;-) We've got several cells using UUCP . . . it's very convenient for those
without fixed IPs but who meet all the other requirements.
