Where are you? I am in the same situation, but have a static IP on
a machine and permission to turn it into a cell (have been getting towards
this for several years now) I could arrange a virtual e-mail host to store
your faxes, that you could connect to and download when you are on line, to
send out, that way you can stay dynamic
