Hi Pete
Studying the expanded tonescale tonight the question that came to my mind
regarding the experience I described was, Is this a stuck point that is
preventing me from seeing anything else beyond that reality?
A person can have a certain experience and then take that as the be and end of
it all, that there is nothing beyond that, I think that is an important point.
One of the things I always mention is that sort of experience never lasts for
long, a few hours, a few days, when I was younger weeks or months so the
question I have always asked is Why is that.
My observation is that after a short while mind thoughts begin to arise again
and I believe these may have to do with past agreements, postulates to do with
game playing that gradually draw me back into mind masses, negative postulates
and so on, those are some thoughts I have had about that in the past.
Also, although things happen ( I still appear to do things) and it's a very
nice state to be in there is no drive to get anything done, no real creativity
which I experience when in a normal state.
I have had times when I have just sat on a chair in the garden for hours just
looking at the trees and watching the universe unfold and so on but nothing
gets done, a completely useless state, not something I would want to be in all
the time, I know that.
Looking at the higher levels on the chart I think there are reality levels far
advanced than Serenity of Beingness.
I agree with you about the Ghost danse articles, a lot of things I don't
understand there though but I don't worry too much about that, I hold the
attitude that when the time is right understanding will come, I call it levels
of spiritual maturity.
I think a lot of what we experience has a lot to do with polarities, I can take
a viewpoint that to sit down in eternity not involved with any physical
universe activities which I call the peace that passeth all understanding would
be very nice on ther hand I think being in the PU can be great fun, creating,
lots of interesting things to discover and get involved in.

I am finding that reading the Ghost Danse articles is giving a much better
insight into the current state I am in and where I want to go. These are the
best articles I have found on the spiritual conditions.
As I understand things so far the uninvolved state you described is where I
want to go. The state I am currently in of compulsivly playing games and being
able to stop only with difficulty is better than were I started but not the
optimum condition.

The point I was trying to make and which I may have not made clear is this,
when I have that particular experience I tried my best to describe it knocks me
out of what you might call the normal game playing mode the majority of people
are in here in this physical universe experience.
I have always called it a curse, it's not so much that I go into
disagreement with everyone else it's just that I lose interest in the type of
games other people are playing.
That is why for my level of understanding I saw that at the top there was
this Serenity of Beingness, I saw that as a static state, not involved in PU
games.
Then I saw postulates that I could make postulates to take part in PU games
other people play or create a game of my own.
Then of course the next tone level of actual game playing and then action,
seemed to me to solve a problem I was having because I could see both sides or
polarities, a state where I didn't need to be involved in game playing and a
state where I could.
Anyway, I shall do a study of that expanded tonescale and see if I can get
a better understanding.
The TROM processing is going very well, lots of forgotten memories showing
up, charge coming off, new understandings and becoming far easier to run, in
fact it has become a natural thing to just pick up an incident from the past
and use Level 2 on it where before it seemed quite difficult.

Thanks for info, I did a search for the expanded tone scale but I must
have got the COS one.

However, for my level of understanding now what I see in the COS tone
scale:

Games
Action.
clears up a few things for me.
I don't want to go too much into this but I have this thing that happens
to me and I have had the exact same experience again and again since I first
became aware in this body and I will explain it this way.
I am going along in a normal manner into the physical universe games,
agreements, mind stuff and all that, I think you know what I mean, when
something rather odd happens, it's not odd really.
It's like a curtain lifts, all the mind stuff drops away, everything, all
there is life itself, there are no mind questions, there is nowhere to go other
than where I am now.
It is a perfect synchronicity with everything in the P.U. it is
completely effortless, it's almost like the body moves by itself.
It is a crystal, clear clarity, there is no such thing as death, a
question such as do I reincarnate is a really stupid question because I am here
always, do you see what I am trying to say, these words I use to try and
describe it are really completely useless, they point to something my mind
cannot explain properly.
It's wonderful, all fear, worry, all that mind stuff does not exist, Who
am I really, I am a big guy pretending to be a little guy.
I will just add this, that remark at the end of my last message about
playing a game with drugs, sex and rock and roll was just one of those stupid
remarks I sometimes make, I do not drink alcohol or use street drugs and I have
never used those sort of mind altering drugs that so many use today.
When I write up a particular experience I have had that is the truth as I
see it, to mislead someone when describing what we call spiritual experiences
is a major overt, don't ask me why, it's something built in to me, to lie or
make something up may lead someone else who is into spiritual understanding
onto the wrong path, to lie is the the biggest overt I could commit.

I am getting a different understanding of the expanded tone scale
than you indicate here.
LRH and the COS put tone 40 Serenity of Beingness as the top and only
work toward that as the goal of SCN.
Buddah, Ouran in the "Ghost Danse Articles", Geoffery Filbert in
"Excaliber Revisited" and Lester Levenson in "Keys to Ultimagte Freedom"
indicate a complete Expanded Tone scale would go up to +400 and that the states
of "Native State" "Life that is not Being" "Coexistence" "Individuality" and
"Awareness" are in this top area which the Magicians call the Causal Band.
Below the Causal band are the Thought Band where Creation of ideas and
things begins, the Emotion Band, The Effort Band where resistance and pain are
encountered, the Mystery Band where we put the things we do not want to look at.
All varities of processing are attempting to free the being so he can
be at any point on the tone scale. My personal effort is to locate the
comflicts I have in life and timebreak them to free my stuckness at the lower
bands (emotion, effort and mystery) so I can freely assume the Thought band and
Causal bands.
Trom as i see it now presents me with the conflicts as a scale that I
can work from the bottom up like this:
tone trom
+110 Awareness To Know
+100 Creation to be known
+10 Emotion Band to love, to admire
0.0 Effort Band to enhance, to help
-1.5 controling bodies to feel, to control
-3.0 owning bodies to own, to have
-5.0 worshiping bodies to eat, to sex
Once my attentions is freed up from the conflicts of life and these
lower bands I can "meditate" on or hold the idea of being joyfull, being
harmless to all, being just an observer not a doer. Lester Levenson gives
these as the means of attaining the Causal Band states.
This is my personal plan. I am still working on freeing up my
attention on the conflicts in life with TROM but the above understanding is my
roadmap to where I am trying to go.

What I write comes out of the recent messages on here.
Looking at the expanded Tone Scale we have:
Serenity of Beingness
Postulates
Games
Action.
So what I am seeing here then is that all these Non Duality teachers,
Gurus, Buddhists and so on are preaching a Serenity of Beingness state.
I know what that state is, if you can call it a state, anyone as far
as I know can obtain that by one way or another.
Sometimes it can happen at random moments like walking through the
park or you just wake up like that one day and these people then take that as
the ultimate truth and as Dennis says in one of his talks they miss out on the
tone scale below, Postulates and games.
Is that right?
I could even call it Enlightenment because when it happens I get a
very different viewpoint on life, but it never lasts.
Well, it's only took me about 30 years to understand the top levels
of the tonescale, I don't want to rush things once this game is over I will
probably have to find another one, How about lots of drugs, sex and rock and
roll? I might try that game next time.
