Don't hold your breath, Kevin--just answering DavidM's questions, and
some of Izzy's took my allotted time for today.  If you ask too many
questions, many of which I suspect you already know answers to, I will be
tied to the computer longer than I can afford.  Not that you don't have
intriguing questions--its just that each one could be a debate in and of
itself.  Can you narrow this down a little?   And please, it will not do
much good to hurry me, I work at my own pace.
