I think we don't miss commitment, but the amount of tasks is not small
neither. So it's difficult to plan precisely what will be done. A lot
of companies have already contributed for this feature on Elveos, so
the probability are high that this module will be ready for the next
release. But I'm pretty sure that all the goals will not be met (what I
see is that goals that never get implemented were bad ideas, so it's
not necessarily bad).

But anyway it's interesting to put too much goals on the wiki, because
it help to synchronize effort between us, it also encourage people to
develop features publicly if they see that others are interested.

It sounds like the meeting was about the production module, while the
proposal is on Elveos since September. But IMO the problem with Elveos
is that there are no deadline on the offer, what happens if there are
no more financial participation, should we wait forever ? Isn't it a
poker game were everyone is encouraged to wait: "Let's wait a bit before
contributing, maybe someone will pay the missing amount".

Yes those discussions are tiring, and for the website I had it at least
3 times (mainly because the current solution is a pita): one inside
B2CK, one on irc and more recently on the mailing list. Before this
last discussion is what pretty clear (at least for me) that the
preferred solution is to go with Sphinx, then suddenly the subject
appeared on the ML and everyone launched ideas in several directions.

So it was clear for some of us and not for the others, so it didn't
help. Anyway tiring discussions is better than not at all.
