I'm not sure yet :) I will know more after tomorrow, as I will be talking to
my guild leader about sash ideas, and whether having the faction name
emblazoned along the sash is a good idea or not (I'm more inclined to look
at a leafy pattern, but thought I'd keep my options open). I am just aware
of how wide my inkle loom is (where I do my tablet weaving) and if I use
more than 30 or so tablets, I risk the yarn falling off the edge!

What size of "smaller scale" are you looking for?

I have a Gothic alphabet that is much more compressed, like this:

but the letters are still 25 cards across (includes the ascenders and
descenders).  I did one that was TINY - like ten cards across - in brocade;
it was just legible, but not really easy to read. I could get two lines of
text into a half-inch ribbon, tho!
