The proclamation lists 31 October 2026 as the official coming-into-force date, which is quite helpful. Meanwhile, the Order in Council that *directed* that proclamation be issued is still missing from https://oic.gov.mb.ca/oic/ for the time being. Earlier today, some OiCs from yesterday were added, but there is an apparent numbering gap in what's listed there so far. Presumably one of the as-yet missing OiCs (numbers 205 through 221/2026) is what we're looking for to complete the documentary chain. -- Tim Parenti
