There's one thing I disagree with, though. The wiki is slow and cumbersome to host a ton of marketing proposals and I really see no reason to force it. marketing.ubuntu.com/spreadubuntu/proposals would make a much better place IMO. I'd use a simple apache directory or a very simple html file index.
