I tried to present your proposal for consideration at the meeting, but
because of the difficulties I was having using IRC, I could not really
press the issue, for which I apologize. Your proposal encompassed
everything on the agenda, as far as I was concerned and I though then
and still do think it is a very good solution to all of our concerns
about direction and leadership.

As far as you being Transitional Leader, you probably are much more
qualified for that role than I am, and I support your bid for that
role. We've had enough squabbling over this. Let's get it settled and
done and get down to work. Whether everyone believes it or not, this is
all I have wanted us to do.
