Mulindwa don't try to decieve us, Obote INHERITED A GOOD SYSTEM FROM THE BRITISH and if you can recall in those days Mulago hospital was virtually run by expertriates. Obote's contribution to what he inherited was to destroy it.

Can you then kindly explain to me why Iddi Amin and Milton Obote Used Mulago
Hospital for their medical attention/s? And in fact more so of Obote who was
shot in Lugogo in Buganda and still went to Mulago hospital.
