Thank you for the good notes, I have made it a custom not to respond to Ocii
whether in Ugandanet, Ugandacom, Ugandans at heart or The first Virtual Net
work, as long as he uses abusive terms. And that is why I read this posting and
I deleted it and you cannot even see it in my response to your response. I have
maintained to him many times that in public communication we make far reaching
points with out being abusive. And of all people he full knows that any posting
or comment he makes with even a single abusive word, gets deleted and not
responded to.
So this is almost a solved problem.

I think we need to check it. Deployment of invective is not a healthy way to

Personal attacks on an individual that is advancing a claim does not falsify
that claim.
I implore you to agree with me that, we are debating on the future of about
30 Million people and I do not think we can afford to dissipate our energies by
insulting each other. Please, Please, Please!
