The name in ISO/CEI 10646 (F) is « hangūl » from a Corean dictionary and a Corean grammar published by the Inalco (Langues O'). Another suggested form in some sources, to appromixate the pronounciation. is « hangueul »

transliterations of Korean that the Korean NB insisted upon. Hangul instead of hangūl we will treat as a spelling error (so you don't have to file a change form).
