Digging up this old thread... another couple of questions: What would be a safe partition size for the Ubuntu server? That is, how much unpartitioned space should I leave for the install? I have plenty of disk space, just that I have no idea how much space I'll need.
More importantly: Can I run a headless system and be somehow select the OS to boot without a keyboard?
