Ok - figured it out. Initially, I neglected to select the sourceforge
repository instead of the default pcp one. I was also looking for an
actual install action in addition to just the download. Once I did a
hard power off reboot, the extension became active and the display is
recognized and can be adjusted. Nice!

Hopefully, this gets into the next pcp release.
