I think the VIM is very different from the Pi, so it is probably not supported by piCorePlayer, but lets let the team chime in. Since the VIM runs Ubuntu and other distros, there is a chance you could make it work, but it might be dicey. I do have a Tone 1 board connected to a Pi 3B+ running piCorePlayer 7 via USB and it works great.
