You shouldn't need to put the full path in, just setting the action to "deleteRegistration.do" should be sufficient (assuming it's a root path, meaning not something like "/my/app/deleteRegistration". Not sure why it wouldn't work, looking at my own code that's what I have (i.e., NOT the full path)
