I mean the port used by the basedriver for Discovery to receive devices 
response. I just want to see how the basedriver get it because on wireshark it 
not always the same and may be it is in conflict with other applications.

The only port that I found to be fixed is the one that I have already told you.
Can you specify which is the port that are you refering to?
Can you tell me at least if it is the port used for Discovery, Control or 
Eventing?

Can you provide me more information about the runtime scenario? Why do you need 
to change "the port" ?
