At the moment the port that you are refering to is selected by the OS,
and no option exist to fix the port.

The only port that I found to be fixed is the one that I have already told you.
Can you specify which is the port that are you refering to?
Can you tell me at least if it is the port used for Discovery, Control or
Eventing?
Can you provide me more information about the runtime scenario? Why do you need to change
"the port" ?

Did you refer to the SSDP port where the basedriver send and receive multicast
discovery messageds?
If the answer is yes then you can use the cyberdomo.ssdp.port property to set
the SSDP port. Please remember that the cyberdomo.ssdp.port property is used by
the UPnP Stack used by the UPnP Base Driver which is not OSGi aware, so you
must the property when you start the JVM.
As last consideration please remember that UPnP Devices will be discovered only
if they use the same SSDP port and SSDP multicast address as the UPnP Base
Driver.
