Hi Duncan, I can't help you with that ... the artifact is availalbe: https://oss.sonatype.org/content/repositories/snapshots/net/flexmojos/oss/flexmojos-parent/7.1.0-SNAPSHOT/ You could add the "-U" parameter to your build to force Maven to update, but as you are using your own Artifactory (http://rsgedista1:8400/artifactory) eventually you have to make sure that repo updates itself.
