Yeah, I noticed that when I tested. If you don't want the spaces, a RE is probably quickest: Search for: (.)$ Replace with: \1<suffix> If you want add to both ends of the line simultaneously: Search for: ^(.*)$ Replace with: <prefix>\1<suffix>As usual, work with a selection, full doc, etc. Multiple options are always good.
