You appear to be using Thunderbird. Harold Fuchs recently explained

Yeps... I read that post too... I wasn't talking for me in particular -
but kinda in general.
There's already one for Thunderbird... so now let's have one for
(ouch... don't let me say the M-word) Outlook too (or the other most
common used mail clients).
Just meaning: most of the people on the list are merely lurkers (I'm a
lurker 99.9% of the time too, don't even recall actually contributing an
answer to a problem here) - and this added mail doesn't add any value to
us. I think the overhead-cost on the server and web is too big to
justify it (especially if there are feasible rules to handle this at
client site)
