I was using VAX/VMS before I was using DOS. I was using OS/2, before I
ever used Windows. I knew about good computing first and then was
easily able to recognize trash when I saw it. Windows has never been my
home OS and I've also been able to avoid it for a significant part of my
career. I have also worked for IBM proving support for OS/2 and Windows
and there is absolutely no doubt that, from a technical standpoint,
Windows is crap.
