I would by the way point out that the OOo website contains a lot of documentation, and that judicious use of google can help sort a lot of problems out. And, like many programs, OOo comes with a help file accessible in the standard way - it contains a wealth of information, admittedly it's sometimes quite terse though. (Oh, please could you snip messages appropriately in future when replying? Thanks!)
