.... maybe i lean towards if you are not smart enough to find the headers you shouldn't have subscribed in the first place.
Actually, it's worse than that. In order to FIND the list and the link/insruction to subscribe to it, you go to the website, and the two links for subscribing and unsubscribing via e-mail are right *there* together in that one place.
