Because the internet 'must be free'. as in accessable, not as in free beer.

Because like I said, all the BIG guys decided not to follow the specs anyway. Because if aol/hotmail/comcast/ (youname it.net) wanted to stop zombot spam, they could.

New specs only work if you can REGULATE THE WHOLE WORLD WIDE INTERNET. (remember, the internet 'must be free')
never gonaa  happen  see those links at rhyolite.

ps, I have a new email spec, and if anyone wants to send me email they have to adhere to this new spec.
ITS CALLED THE CURRENT RFC'S.
