TortoiseSVN might be a bit slow, but it seems to get things done where they
need to be done. For example, it recently got support for the new Win11
context menus, I'm running my own build and it seems to work very well.
(The release pace seems to follow the Subversion release pace so the
Subversion project really needs to do a new release asap).
