It is easiest to say that BYUSA clubs can't have any affiliation with off-campus organizations. In truth they can (college republicans, etc), but in a very limited ways. I have already outlined the limitations on who can be a member. The simple fact is that Plug and UUG can not be united as one organization. There are things that are easier for Plug to do, there are things that are easier for the UUG to do. The protest in Lindon never could have happened without Plug to remove BYU from any involvement. As acceptable, however, the two organizations will be coordinated.
