Has anyone ever given their wife or grandma a *Windows* CD and wished
them luck?  Probably not, because Windows comes preinstalled on most
machines that are sold out there.  I doubt very many people would be
able to install and configure Windows, even with all the wizards and
such.  I've had other developers ask me to help them install and
configure Windows.  It's not as simple as some would imagine.
