Emacs - nqmacs.sf.net (CVS Version 21.3.50.1)
TortoiseCVS - CVS Client www.tortoisecvs.org
Blackbox - Replacement Interface to Windows -
www.bb4win.org
LiteStep - Another replacement interface, though I
didn't care for it, others might - www.litestep.net or
www.litestep.org
