Unless litestep has considerably improved in ease of use and
installation (and blackbox too), I vote against including these
packages.  Their usefulness to most windows users is marginal at best.
Instead I recommend packages that are not only useful, but illustrate an
open source equivalent to a package that one ordinarily would have to
pay for (or pirate).

<humor>As for emacs, well obviously I'd oppose that one on the basis of
religion alone.  If our target audience wanted a new operating system,
we'd just give them a knoppix CD.</humor>
