Well, that's a little harder for me to answer off the
top of my head, since I've never unistalled it. :)
However, the install.bat file simply (I think)
registers the program to run instead of the normal
windows explorer shell when you log on. There's also
an unistall file that removes the service, then just
delete the directory.
Also, you don't even have to install it, it can be
started after you've logged in to run ontop of
explorer.
It's great! You oughtta try it. I can't find my way
around a windows system without blackbox.
Oh yeah, and it doesn't support icons on the desktop
(but there's a plugin that does). No more cluttered
desktop! Just an unblocked view of your cool Lord of
the Rings or Star Wars wallpapers. Yeah!
