yes yes yes, highly recommended.... and in my case implemented. Since I do
most of my work on linux anyway, my windows copy is only there so I can run
office once in a blue moon, and so I can run Legacy for genealogy stuff
(which at last check didn't run well on wine yet)....

With that limited use profile, vm is a simple solution, and the free version
is sufficient/perfect for what I need/want.
