Apple sells the Magic Trackpad as a standalone peripheral.  I'm pretty sure 
it's USB.  Last I checked, the drivers were Mac-only, but third-party drivers 
did exist for other systems.  If I were you I'd just buy a Mac and save the 
trouble and time.
