Eh? Your reference to RAD had nothing to do with recompiling templates.

Eh? I never said anything about 'absolute distrust'.

What I was referring to was the fact that most designers don't give a rats
ass about coding and like Tim said, the designer is going to balk at an
extra confusing line of VTL every time they want to use a tool.

I simply dispelled your points of justification for doing things the wrong
way and you are getting all pissy about it.
