you could use EPP foam (get it from a hobby store (for building radio- controlled aircraft. So movers use it for packing expensive chandeliers and the likes. It is very flexible, yet durable.

I have been wondering where I could find hooks to use for tying fly's on for
my daughter and I. I saw the suggestion for http://www.fullingmill.com/, but
they are based out of UK, do you order them from the UK site any other
suggestions?

I would also like build some 1/2 x 12 x 12 boxes for storing them, I tried
some cork from Michaels for backing, but when I removed a fly it tore it
apart (Styrofoam also had the same results.) I was hoping for some
suggestions.

Thank you
