Hi,
I just purchased a Macintosh SE from eBay.
The description:
Literally saved from the grave, I found this old SE by the side of the
road in the little town of Elora, Tennessee. It was wet and covered in
mud, but since I have a soft spot for old Macs I took it home, cleaned
it, and to my surprise it booted right up. Even more curious is how it
ended up by the side of the road in Tennessee. While reviewing the
data on the hard drive, I discovered it belonged to a rocket engineer
for Martin Marietta in Huntsville, Alabama. There's several house
plans and an interesting presentation by the previous owner pertaining
to Martin Marietta's attempt to win a government contract.

If your looking for a top shelf Mac SE, this isn't it. The case is
rough and it gives the occasional Sad Mac on start-up. I no longer
have room for it, so if you would like to give this little guy a home,
the bidding starts low.

Here's my problem: 1) A floppy was put into the disk drive (by me,
when doing a routine post-transaction test of the slots) and now it
won't come out. Is there a way to get the floppy out without opening
the Mac? I am new to this style of machine, so please help!
2)The screen will not turn on. (I can hear the machine turning on.)
What should I do? (I believe that the monitor was disconnected from
the rest of the inner workings during standard flat rate shipping.)

Any help appreciated!
