Well, to get the floppy out, there should be a little hole by the
slot
where you put the disk in, if you poke a paperclip (bent straight)
or
a small screwdriver in and push, it should pop the disk out (unless
it's stuck in the drive because the mechanism broke)

Thanks for the input. It turns out that the thing is a boat anchor--it
was exposed to extreme temperatures during shipping, and now, some of
the circuits on the motherboard fried. I don't really want to spend
the money to replace the parts--turns out that for this kind of thing,
it is going to cost well over $1K to fund replacements, and I don't
have that kind of money. Oh, well--I still got good peripherals. As
for the SE, the CRT has a crack in the back, so it's useless. I'm
going to turn it into a Macquarium, leaving the disk in for
atmosphere....

In the meantime, I am going to buy Virtual ][. NOTE: I am not a
hobbyist, I am doing a History Day project about Steve Jobs, and
although this came out after his first legacy is over, I figured that
it exemplified how Apple set the tone for the revolutionary computer.
At $19, Virtual ][ is a good buy--if you want a Apple ][, ][+, ][c, //
e, or //gs emulator, this is certainly worth it, as it's the only
worthwile universal binary program.
