Hi,

It can be a loose connection on the neck of the CRT. Sometimes the small
board that fits on the neck of the CRT comes loose during transport.
As long as the neck of the CRT tube is not broken off it's no problem.
You will have to open the Mac to identify the problem.

As for the floppy drive:

- Boot your Mac with the mouse button pushed in: if the FDD it tries to
eject the disk, then you can most likely fix the floppy drive by cleaning it
( = remove all the dust that has build-up in the drive ) and lubricate the
mechanism of the drive so everything goes smooth again.

- If you don't hear the eject motor of the floppy drive at power on with
mouse button down then the FDD is likely faulty.
- Another, eventhough unlikely, possibility is that the floppy drive is not
connected to the logic board.

Open up the Mac and keep us posted with what you find inside so we can
provide you with more detailed info and help you out.

Good Luck,

Nico
