I don't know how to remove the PRAM battery. I read online that you pinch both ends of the battery cage and lift straight up, but that's not working. I'm afraid to pull any harder cuz the circuit board underneath is bending.
Maybe this is a different cage design? Does one end have a hinge? Does it swivel?
