Certainly if voiceover is not reading something that it should be reading and a 
person cannot access information excess ability would be an appropriate place 
to call as for billing stuff if you want to call Apple that's another story all 
so things need to be selected to get at specific information meaning you need 
to select one of the tabs at the bottom of the page that would be appropriate 
to the test you're trying to accomplish. Those sorts of things you have to be 
careful about it's not always intuitive to figure out how that all works. That 
word should have been task not test. Still have not learned how to edit text 
after I've dictated it and it makes some errors. That's next on my list of 
things to do. One nice thing about accessibility is that you can call them even 
after your first year warranty has expired. If you call Apple you'll pay a 
consulting fee if your warranty is up. That's a drag but that's just the way 
the world turns.
