Yes, I agree, iTunes for Windows is a pain. I really can't comprehend why this app is so complicated. It could be as useful as it is with much, much more simpler interface but Apple keeps it up complicated. There's also a problem with interface changes on every major version update. I can do basic things such as syncing ringtones and multimedia, backup and restore but browsing the App Store or use a file sharing feature is driving me crazy. And, iCloud Drive for Windows can't be used if you don't have sighted assistance for the initial setup... Bad job, Apple! That is true with Window-Eyes as well. It really depends on how much one uses iTunes and what aspects the person uses the most as to which screen reader might perform the best. No matter which screen reader you use, the bottom line is you need to know how to use it's advanced features if you are going to get anywhere with the Windows version of iTunes. GW Micro was the first ones to really work with Apple to make iTunes accessible. But the later versions of iTunes have made everything more complicated.
