Hi Jennifer,
I assume you are using a sound bar of some kind. What kind if you don't mind my 
asking? Someone on another list of suggested that they had a similar problem 
with a surround sound receiver that they were controlling from a computer. On 
their computer, they were able to disablesome kind of energy saving on their 
HDMI port to which the sound source was connected. That solves the problem. I 
had my cited husband looked all through the menus on our TV, and there does not 
seem to be anyway to disable any sort of energy thing on anything on that TV. 
So I would like to hear what set ups people have who are not experiencing this 
cut out thing.
