Hi Mary.
I'm using Boaz speakers. It's not surround sound... They're actually the 
speakers I used with my computer and other systems. How would I find the energy 
saver in the menus I wonder? How old is your tv? Asking because if you don't 
have the energy saver, I may not either. (Smile)
