Larry, I'm curious if you got that info from one of their representatives or 
from a local store. It's interesting that in this case, the T-Mobile left-hand 
does not know what the T-Mobile right hand is doing apparently. How bizarre! 
This reminds me more of Verizon than my previous T-Mobile experience.
