The fact that their native language that they speak, whatever it is, is better than mine, is totally irrelevant. I don't live there, I don't need the language they speak. I need them to speak the language I speak. And if they can't, there is a problem. That's all I'm saying. I certainly would not be able to do that job in a second language except for perhaps Russian, and we don't have any call centers in Russia. Go figure so I will never get a chance to make some Russian call center representatives life easier by using their language instead of mine. Mary
