don, that happened to me one time. My cited husband was here and he looked at it and there was nothing he could do. It was totally locked. We went to the Apple store. They gave us an appointment and told us to come back at 3 PM. By the time we got there, it had worked itself out. I don’t know what was wrong with that, but it worked itself out on it’s own. It was also an iPhone 6.
