I'm running iOS13.1.3 with a BrailleEdge running firmware build 20161005.
When I go into Settings, then to Bluetooth, there's a heading called My
Devices. All of the Bluetooth devices I have connected with are there, and
each one has a More Info button after it.

When you look under Bluetooth, do you see other devices and the More Info
button after them, assuming you're using other Bluetooth devices?

That is most strange. If there isn't a more info button just after
the display listing, then I'd check which firmware version you are
running on the Braille Edge.
Granted, HIMS is a company who doesn't seem to understand how to
update their own web site, but you should be running a firmware that
starts with 2017. If you are still running one that starts with 2016,
that could explain things with the iOS 13 update.
I'm purely guessing here.
But, press spacebar plus v and see what the firmware is.
I have the latest firmware at work, though they HIMS should be able
to get it to you if you need it.
